In search for inspiring individuals who have a story to tell, I captured portraits of the locals from Brad, a village in Hunedoara County in Romania.
These intense portraits of strangers are made in their personal surrounding; around the house. A bunch of postcards that tell a story of people who live, according to Western standards, in poverty. But not for them. They are satisfied with what they have.
